The present invention comprises a system formed by one or several seismic warning condition radio repeaters, operating in VHF, UHF or other kind band, which receive signals by radio-frequency system and re-transmit such signal in one or several different frequencies each. Receiving system can actuate control devices, storing developed functions and locally generating seismic warning audible signal, and adapting a VHF, UHF or another kind band receiving apparatus, to receive and to decode seismic warning radio-frequency signal, generating an audio signaling, visual signaling, control contacts opening and closing and a digital message delivering for optional equipment remote control.
