In a refrigerating/air-conditioning system for a supermarket, a single outdoor unit (60) is connected to a plurality of application units (11, 21, 31, 41, 51), which are connected in parallel to each other. The application units (11, 21, 31, 41, 51) are classified into application units (11, 21, 31) of a first type for forming a two-stage refrigerating cycle with the outdoor unit (60) and application units (41, 51) of a second type for forming a one-stage refrigerating cycle with the outdoor unit (60). The application units (11, 21, 31) of the first type are applied to a freezing showcase (10), a chilling showcase (20) and a storehouse (30), respectively.
