The room incorporates a floor and has a closing door in one wall. Couches (17) form lying surfaces in one position, and fold away against one of the walls (2) in a second position. Hinges (13) can be provided at one couch edge, while supports (10) for the couch in the unfolded position form seats for the users with the couch folded. Equipment generating artificial sunlight can be mounted below the ceiling, and the couch can incorporate heat-reflecting plate. There can be a heater between the floor and the unfolded couch, warming the air and vaporising the water.
