A propeller is presented which consists of a propulsion unit that includes a number of blades, a drive unit to set the propulsion unit in motion and a number of distorting transmission units placed between the propulsion unit and the drive unit so as to be retained in the holding sockets located in them. The transmission units have a solenoid shape and are capable of distortion, absorbing the power of an impact exerted on them in a direction perpendicular to their longitudinal axles, as a result protecting the structural integrity of the propeller at the instant when, while in motion, it strikes a foreign object. |
