PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To formulate a production program leveled so as to prevent a formulated lot from being collapsed. SOLUTION: The fellow cars of the same painting color are collected from a production program, permutation arrangement continuing a plurality of lots is formulated [(A) permutation]. In the case that in any of lots of this permutation arrangements, a car exists which must be painted prior to the other car, what number ahead of the permutation arrangement this car must be moved is calculated, and this number of cars is moved [(B) permutation]. Painting color of a car before/behind the moved color (E), (D) is examined for whether the same painting color or not (S10). Since a car of the color (D) is the same color, next correspondence to an inhibition condition is judged (S13). When concerned to the inhibition condition, a car of sixth/seventh color (D) is moved to the last of the same color lot, and permutation arrangement is formed [(C) permutation]. On the other hand, since a car of the color (E) is different in color before/behind, the car is moved to the last of the same color lot, and when not concerned to the inhibition condition, the final permutation arrangement is formed [(D) permutation]. |
