PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously remove a coat and easily separate the removed coat from a base material by spraying a coat release agent at a normal temperature or at a high temperature to a coated resin in a shower fashion. SOLUTION: A coated bumper 3 placed on a reticular belt conveyor 4 is sent into the A direction in a treatment tank 2 and is sprayed with a coat release agent from above in a shower fashion by a shower 1. The removed coat 8 drops onto a net 5. The coat release agent 6 filtered by the net 5 is held in a warming tank 7 to be recalculated. Further, the coated bumper 3 placed on the reticular belt conveyor 4 is sent into the A direction in the treatment tank 2 and is sprayed with water from above by the shower 1 in a shower fashion. The removed coat 8 drops onto the net 5. The water filtered by the net 5 is held in a water tank 9 to be recirculated. Water which sticks to resin moldings 3 placed on the belt conveyor 4 and the residual coat are removed by an air blowing 12. |
