PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the information transmitter that is easily connected to a terminal or various systems with an ISDN line interface with high general-purpose performance. SOLUTION: A B channel of an ISDN line is used to send voice information and bit steal is applied to the voice information and monitor control information is transmitted. A voice/monitor control information synthesis section 17 conducts the bit steal. The voice information is received/outputted via a PCM CODEC section 18 and the monitor control information is received/outputted via a monitor control information S/P.P/S conversion section 19. An S point I/F adaptor section 11 is connected to the ISDN line network. |
