PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control the transpiration of the contained moisture of a drink and food material and to perform a heating processing at a desired temperature by connecting the send-out port of the steam generation tank of a high humidity hot air generation furnace to a jetting port disposed inside the horizontal type rotary barrel of a heat processor for heat-processing tea leaves or the like to be processed and jetting high humidity hot air. SOLUTION: The feeding port 12 of material tea leaves is formed at one end of the horizontal type rotary barrel 1, a take-out port 13 is formed at the other end and a guiding projection line 14 is helically attached from the feeding port 12 to the take-out port 13 on an inner wall surface. At the time of feeding the tea leaves to be processed from the feeding port 12 while rotating the horizontal type rotary barrel 1, the tea leaves are moved to the take-out port 13 while being repeatedly scooped up and dropped. Also, at the time, by jetting the high humidity hot air whose humidity is 60-90% and temperature is 200-390 deg.C from the high humidity hot air generation furnace 2 composed of the steam generation tank 21 and a burner 22 connected to the horizontal type rotary barrel 11 to the tea leaves to be processed, the heat processing is performed. |
