PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of a rigid material at the time of uncuring by projecting a support pin for a spacer from both upper and lower surface and/or outer peripheral side of the material and floating it in a mold, casting sirup for artificial marble, and heating to polymerize it. SOLUTION: Sirup for artificial marble is cast in a flat plate-like mold, and heated to polymerize it to manufacture a flat plate-like artificial marble. This is cut to a pyramidal artificial marble, ends are cut in a sharp weight state as a support pin 2. And, for example, four support pins 2 are fixed to both upper and lower surfaces of a rigid material 1 and one support pins are fixed to four peripheral sides with adhesive and projected. This is floated in a lower mold 3 of a box-shaped mold, an upper mold 4 is placed thereon, and peripheral edges refixed by a vice 5. Then, the sirup 7 for the marble containing the same composition as that of the pin 2 is cast from a casting inlet 6 in the molds 3, 4. And, it is introduced into an oven in this state as it is, and heated to be polymerized. Thus, movement of the rigid material is prevented at the time of uncuring the sirup 7 for the marble. |
