摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately identify an optical fiber, through which visible light is fed, out of plural optical fibers by providing an optical fiber tape curving means to give a curve to the placement extension way of the optical fiber tape and a magnifying lens means to magnify and view the curved area. SOLUTION: On the condition that the placement extension way Ta of an optical fiber tape T is arranged in a shading cylinder 1 by an optical fiber tape arranging means 5, a movable guider 10 provided with an optical fiber tape curving means 7 is moved up until it does not move. A curve is given to the placement extension way Ta of the optical fiber tape T, which is curved by the movable guider 10 with the curvature of the outer face of the cylinder and arranged in the shading cylinder 1, by the optical fiber curving means 7 to obtain a curved area Tb. The curved area Tb is seen from upward via a magnifying lens 17 provided with a magnifying lens device 14 and then viewed with the magnifying lens device 14.
