PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for improving the quality of editing work or saving manpower by commonly managing materials carried in plural books, and holding a link relation between materials obtained by arranging the common materials and the original materials. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a material document management table 1 which holds the attributes of material documents and an edited document constitution table 2 which makes each constituting partial document correspond to the material document being the original text. At the time of changing the material document, a material document changing and registering means 3 updates the attribute of the material document of the material document managing table 1, and a change reflection object detecting means 4 detects an object on which change should be reflected by comparing the attribute of the edited document constitution table 2 with the attribute of the material of the material document management table 1. An edited document revision instructing means 5 instructs a revised content by retrieving the edited document constitution table 2. |
