摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a device by adopting a regenerative circuit and regenerative capacitors having the same specifications by equalizing the charging currents of the regenerative capacitor connected on the positive electrode side and the regenerative capacitor connected on the negative electrode side. SOLUTION: Since both regenerative connecting circuits 14A, 14C, 23C connected to a regenerative line 32C and regenerative connecting circuits 14B, 14D, 23A joined with a regenerative line 32A on the negative electrode side are equalized by constituting the power converter by connecting the regenerative connecting circuits 14A, 14C to the regenerative line 32C on the positive electrode side, joining the regenerative connecting circuits 14B, 14D to the regenerative line 32A, connecting the regenerative connecting circuit 23A to the regenerative line 32A, and linking the regenerative connecting circuit 23C to the regenerative line 32C and energy regenerated to the regenerative circuits from each snubber circuit is made uniform, regenerative circuits 3A, 3C and regenerative capacitors 31A, 31C having the same specifications respectively can be used.
