PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing a worm gear from being locked to a worm wheel in a slide feed mechanism using the worm gear. SOLUTION: In a slide feed mechanism with a motor 480 where a worm gear 481 is mounted to a rotary shaft, a worm wheel 482a that is engaged to the worm gear 481, and a means to be driven that slides along with the rotation of the worm wheel 482a, the lead angle of the worm wheel 482a is set larger than that of the worm gear 481 of the motor 480 and at the same time a motor is mounted while the rotary shaft 480a of the above motor 480 is inclined upward so that the worm gear 481 is engaged to the worm wheel 482a, thus increasing the lead angle of the worm gear 481 apparently and hence effectively preventing the worm gear 481 from being locked to the worm wheel 482a. |
