PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take action against long power failure by feeding power to a load from a commercial power supply unit and a fuel cell through the first and second bypass lines, in maintenance and inspection of any of a non- momentary-break change-over switch, a storage battery, and an inverter. SOLUTION: An AC voltage generating circuit 2 is formed by connecting an inverter 8 and a charger 9 to a DC power supply unit 13 to which the DC output circuit of a fuel cell FC and a storage battery Bat is connected in parallel to each other. For maintenance and inspection, a switch SW3 is turned off to stop the operation of the storage battery Bat and the inverter 8, the switch SW1 is turned on to feed power to an AC load L by a commercial power source through a bypass line l1 , and the fuel cell FC is actuated manually. When the fuel cell FC reaches prescribed output, a switch SW2 is turned on after the AC output of the fuel cell FC is synchronized with the commercial power source to stop the operation of a change-over switch 1, a current detect 7 is monitored to increase the output of the fuel cell FC in such a range as current does not flow reversely. In is thus possible to take action against long power failure. |
