PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the voice quality of a transmission side at a reception side by reproducing the correlative position relation of the packet of the transmission side at the reception side even at the time of a transmission path with the probability of a packet delay fluctuation or packet loss, etc. SOLUTION: When voice communication is started, continuous numbers are imparted to respective frames in a transmission side coder. The packet is generated from the frame of the coder including sound and background noise and a sequence number is made to be the same as the frame number of the coder. When the packet of the first sequence number '0' is received in the decoder at the reception side, the fixed delay of a delay fluctuation quantity portion which is assumed in a whole call is added to it and the frame number '0' is imparted to the frame of the decoder. When the packet of the sequency number '1' is received, voice information is stored in the frame number '1' of the decoder. Thus, the correlative position relation of the packet is kept and voice quality kept even when the delay fluctuation of the packet is larger than a codec frame. |
