PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sealing performance of a fuel cell, while reducing manufacturing manhour and material cost. SOLUTION: Manhours and material costs are saved, while reactive gas sealing property and electrolyte sealing property are given, by filling machined powder of carbon material 11 obtained when machining a groove in a periphery part of carbon material 11 with a groove. The carbon material 11 is mounted on an absorption chuck 4, so that filling of the carbon powder is helped by absorbing from a lower part while reducing a pressure. |
