摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a measurement accuracy due to the non-contact and non-destruction corona electrification method by speedily rotating a turntable with an opening where a testpiece is set and gradually electrifying the test piece with a corona electrification equipment. SOLUTION: A turntable 1 with an opening 3 where the testpiece of a photoreceptor for electronic photograph is set is rotated speedily and the testpiece is gradually electrified by a corona electrification equipment 4. A pulse current from the corona electrification equipment 4 is monitored by a charge current take-out part 6 and is sent to a charge ammeter 7. On the other hand, the surface potential of the sample piece is monitored by a surface potential electrode 5 and is sent to a surface potentiometer 8. The signals are A/D- converted by an interface 9 and the output signal is subjected to an arithmetic operation by a controller 10. More specifically, the controller 10 integrates the charge current and processes it as a charged electric charge and the capacitance of the photoreceptor testpiece is calculated from an expression Q=C.V (Q is a charged electric charge, V is the electrification potential of the photoreceptor, and C is the capacitance of the photoreceptor).
