Each part of the body has a smaller dia. than a ring (8) bearing the tongues and is joined to the tongues via a shoulder (13). The dia. of the sleeve (15) of a case (14) is smaller than that of a shell (11). The case (14) has a turned down edge (17) at its free end from which retaining elements (22) protrude which extend towards the case (14).
