Viscous fluid-type heat generator with stabilising device

The heat generator has a heat creating chamber (8) and a heat receiving chamber (FW,RW) adjacent to it through which a heat exchange fluid can circulate. The heat exchange chamber has an inner wall surface. A drive shaft (12) rotates in bearings (9,10) in the casing (1-4). The rotor element (13), turned by the shaft in the heat creating chamber, has first and second outer surfaces opposite each other axially and a third outer surface between them. The first and second outer surfaces are opposite each other in the axial direction of the inner surface of the heat creating chamber, with two fluid-filled gaps of preset size between them.
