The oven includes an interior (4) which is limited by an oven wall (2,5), and which comprises a loading aperture (51) at its front, lockable, with an oven door. At least one electrically heatable element (2) is arranged within the oven interior and revolves from an operational position within a predetermined area to an end position within the oven interior. At least two latch springs (23) are provided each with one springy clamping gap (25), whereby each end (14,14') of the heating element is led through clamping gap of one of the latch springs with an angle to its longitudinal extent.
