The process comprises (a) preparing a homogeneous mixture of ground coffee and guarana or ginseng in high concentration of said products into a mixer; (b) pouring the mixture into a dosing hopper and (c) transferring the product coming from the hopper together with ground coffee coming from a storage silo to a vacuum packaging machine. The installation represented in the figure comprises a mixer (1), a dosing hopper (2), a ground coffee silo (3), a vacuum packaging machine (4) and the corresponding conveyor means. Application to the food industry and in particular to the coffee industry.
