Adjustable covering device comprises an inner (12) and an outer (10) layer, which are folded in a harmonica fashion. Both layers are connected to each other in the region of their inner grooves (14, 16). the inner layer is formed shorter than the outer layer so that on complete extension of the inner layer the outer layer remains folded to a certain degree.
