<p>The attachment, designed for fixing a prosthetic tooth (9) to an existing tooth root or a jaw implant, uses a ceramic of the same colour as the tooth for its main components. The attachment can be in the form of a root plug (4) with a cap (5), or a jawbone implant. The root plug is made from a ceramic material, and is surmounted by a base (6), a body (8) and a cover (7) which receives the prosthetic tooth. The assembly can be fitted and dismantled with the aid of special tools.</p> |
