PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sealing mechanism easy to be detachable by having a seal case detachable operating hole for making a seal case detachable to a case made up by way of inserting a seal case detachable tool into a seal storage part of the case from the outside. SOLUTION: At the time of replacing a sleeve and a seal, first of all, a mouthpiece 93 being installed in the tip of a spindle 20 is removed away. In succession, a tool is inserted thereinto from an operating hole, and a check bolt 71a is loosened and, extracted. With this, a seal case 71 becomes freed to a case 40, and thus it is pulled out. Next, the tool is inserted thereinto again from the operating hole, and the check bolt checking this extraction of the sleeve is loosened and extracted. Accordingly, the sleeve becomes freed to the spindle 20 this time, whereby this sleeve is also extracted.
