<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold storage agent capable of maintaining its cool-storing capacity, suppressing a supercooling phenomenon and improving repeated usability and useful for cooling human bodies, etc., by adding trisodium phosphate and a water-soluble cellulose ester to a cold storage agent comprising disodium hydrogen phosphate. SOLUTION: This cold storage agent is obtained by add (A) trisodium phosphate (e.g. its 12 hydrate), (B) a water-soluble cellulose ester [e.g. methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl(methyl) cellulose] and, is necessary, (C) an alcohol (e.g. 1-propanol, 2-propanol) to a cool storage agent utilizing a heat-absorbing phenomenon which is generated, when the crystals of disodium hydrogen phosphate (e.g. its 12 hydrate) is dissolved in water as a solvent.</p> |
