<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the possibility of the ignition of a lining caused by its friction with a brake pulley by outputting a driving stop signal to a motor if the contact of a brake lever with the brake pulley is determined based on a signal from an electric contact during the driving of the motor. SOLUTION: A brake pulley 11 is grounded by a conductor and, when electric contacts 24 and 25 are brought into contact with the pulley 11, the contacts thereof are detected by a detection circuit. If a detecting signal is generated from the detection circuit, the contacts of the linings 14 and 15 of brake levers 9 and 10 with the brake pulley 11 are determined by a control panel. The contact states of the electric contacts 24 and 25 with the brake pulley 11 are maintained until the brake levers 9 and 10 are opened. Then, detecting signals are outputted from the electric contacts 24 and 25, the abnormality of a brake 7 is determined when the rotation of the motor is detected, the driving of the motor is stopped and an alarm lamp in a car is lit.</p> |
