<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accommodation type greeting display device which can promote the spirit of mutual concession in the traffic manner, accelerate smooth traffic flow, and reduce traffic accident by displaying the will of the driver who is given a concession to drive the road to show the mind of thanks to the driver of an oncoming vehicle giving way on the road when passed each other. SOLUTION: An accommodation type greeting display device is composed of a display part 2 accommodated inside a hood 12 as the place which can be confirmed certainly from the driver seat of an oncoming vehicle in the counter-traffic immediately before it passes by, an opening/closing means to generate exposure to outside the hood 12 by manipulating the display part 2 from inside the car, a light emission part to emit light interlocking with a switch furnished on the display part 2, and a sound generating means to generate sound interlocking with the switch, whereby the switch is operated from inside the car, and the part 2 is exposed to outside from inside the hood 12 in the condition that light emission and sound emission are associated, and thereby the will of the driver to show thanks is transmitted to the driver of the oncoming vehicle.</p> |
