PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify equipment constitution so as to lower a cost by performing recognition of a train on the basis of train information transmitted via a guidance loop, determination of a train position on the track, and transmission of a train speed control signal onto the onboard side by means of a ground control means and controlling a speed of the train by means of an onboard control means receiving the train speed control signal. SOLUTION: When a train 20 advancing toward the approach side boundary part in a block section 1T passes by a transponder ground element 13a, an ATC/TD onboard device 22 receiving positional information transmitted from the transponder ground element 13a transmits train information, in which a ground element ID (specific identification number) identified on the basis of the positional information is combined with an ID for its own train, to an ATC /TD loop 11. An ATC/TD ground device 12 combines a signal aspect for the block section 1T to be selected with an ID for a train 20 existing on the track so as to transmit an ATC signal, and the ATC/TD onboard device 22 receiving the ATC signal controls a train speed so that the train speed does not exceed a check speed matching with the signal aspect only when the ATC signal includes the ID of its own train. |
