PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mold melted resin without unmelted part in the resin by setting a locking distance of a locked part so that an amount of melted resin stored in a melted resin reservoir forward of a heater becomes substantially integer times as large as a volume of a molding, and injection charging it until a moving part is brought into contact with the locked part. SOLUTION: A driver 23 is retracted so that a retracted distance of a screw 1 detected by a position detector 15 becomes a predetermined value. It is desirable that the distance becomes integer times as large as a metering stroke when a molding does not have a cushioning amount. Then, after an ejector rod 16 is rotated to be extended until the rod 16 is brought into contact with the rod 24, it is fixed by a regulating nut 17. In this state, a melted resin reservoir A of substantially integer times as large as a volume of a molding or more particularly 4 to 5 shots is formed forward of a screw 1 of a heater 22. Thus, even in a rapid molding cycle, unmelted part is eliminated in the melted resin, and can be stably molded. |
