Crude water containing at least ions of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium is fed in cathode chamber where electrolysis of crude water is carried out for 0.5-5 s by current passing through cathode and anode electrode at the range 0.16-3.2 mA/cm as measured for two electrodes and a single diaphragm. By this method water is obtained that can be used for conservative treatment. This water has a redox potential value (at the range) at least -150 mV if measurement is carried out by platinum electrode using. This water can remove superoxide anion-radicals from patient blood.
