摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose monolithic refractories for a blast furnace main trough slag line which are excellent in both of corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance by adding and incorporating a large amt. of graphite into SiC-Al2 O3 based monolithic refractories and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: The monolithic refractories for the blast furnace main through slag line are formed by adding and incorporating 3 to 20 wt.% graphite one or >=2 kinds of any among spheroidized flake graphite, artificial graphite and soil-form graphite, roasted anthracite of <=0.4 in graphitization degree P(002) roasted at >=2000 deg.C, which have grain sizes within a range of 10 to 100 &mu;m and 0.5 to 1.0 in the aspect ratio of the respective particles into the SiC-Al2 O3 based monolithic refractories contg. 60 to 80 wt.% SiC.
