PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder for recording a high quality image. SOLUTION: The ink jet printer jets ink drops of a plurality of diameters depending on an image data and records an image by printing dots of a plurality of sizes corresponding to the ink drops of a plurality of sizes on a sheet. In the ink jet printer, a piezoelectric element is applied with pulse voltages having waveforms 502, 503 produced by varying the print timing of a waveform 501 for printing a normal dot. |
