PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently follow to load variation and eliminate rattling sound by detecting the load condition of an engine, and deciding a hydraulic pressure operating quantity so as to make the degree of slippage of a hydraulic clutch to be an optimum value based on the detected load condition. SOLUTION: At controlling rattling sound during a direct coupled operation mode, a basic targetαvalue setting part 73 selects a map suitable for the load condition from information of the cruising condition obtained from a shift switch and a reduction gear ratio computing part, and information concerning gear ratio, and decides the basic targetαvalue based on engine speed. The basic targetαvalue is corrected by a correcting factor obtained from a map correcting volume, and a targetαvalue is computed. In a rattling sound oil pressure computing part 76 and a solenoid drive time computing part 78, based on deviation between the targetαvalue and an actually measuredαvalue computed by an actually measuredαvalue computing part 66 from propeller rotating speed Np, for example, when the actually measuredαvalue is larger than the targetαvalue, the hydraulic pressure of an oil hydraulic clutch is lowered, and a solenoid drive time of pressure increasing/decreasing valves is decided so as to slip the clutch and output it.
