PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-boiling basket capable of easily discharging boiled noodle from the basket without inverting the basket. SOLUTION: This noodle-boiling basket is composed of a cylindrical main part 1 having opened top and bottom, openable lids 12, 13 to close the bottom of the main part 1, a handle 3 attached to the main part 1 and a means 5 for opening or closing the openable lids 12, 13. An operation end 5c of the opening and closing means 5 is attached to the handle 3. |
