PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling efficiency of a gaseous cooling material flow flowing upto the exist position on the high temperature surface of a base plate through at least one passage hole in the base plate by contacting the cooling material flow with the larger area of the high temperature surface, after disturbing the cooling material flow at the exit position. SOLUTION: In a base plate 10 of a part exposed to a high temperature environment such as an airplane engine part, a surface 12 is made to a hot surface and a surface 14 is made to a cold surface and plural passage holes 16 are formed penetratingly. Meantime, respective passage holes 16 are formed slantingly by the angle of, for example about 10-60 deg., preferably about 20-45 deg. for the horizontal surface of the base plate 10. At the forming time of the passage hole, at other example, the exit shape of the hole 46 on the hot surface 42 is devised and the depth of the hole 46 is set to about 10-500% of a hole diameter, preferably about 20-100% of the hole diameter. Or, the plane area of the exit position is expanded in a range of about 50-600%. Thereby, the cooling efficiency of the base plate 10 by the cooling material flow is increased.
