<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and labour at the manufacturing of a wooden handrail and eliminate weakpoints in a metal or a synthetic resin handrail by a method wherein a thermoplastic synthetic resin is charged in an extrusion molding machine so as to be passed through the machine in order to be turned into a bar-like body and then proceed in a mold die in order to alternately form a swellingly projected part and an arcuately recessed part by being pressed from below with an elevatingly shuttering mold by means of a variable driving device. SOLUTION: As for a handrail main body 1, a thermoplastic synthetic resin is charged through the hopper 15 of an extrusion molder 6 so as to pass the thermoplastic synthetic resin brought under molten state into a bar-like body in a pouring passage 7 in order to proceed to a mold die 8. Beneath the mold die 8, a variable driving device 9, in which an elevating rod 14 is vertically provided and at the upper part of which an elevating shutter mold 10 is provided, is installed. The elevating shutter mold 10 is vertically and pressingly elevated within from below the mold die 8. By controlling the elevating speed adjustment of the elevating shutter mold 10, a swellingly projected part 2 and an arcuately recessed part 3 are alternately formed underside of the handrail main body 1 of the bar-like body.</p> |
