PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coil molded item for use in a magnetic levitation type railway in which residual stresses can be reduced to prevent cracks from being produced in a reactive injection melded resin layer and improved external appearance of a molded item, surface characteristics, and coating characteristics can be provided. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a coil molded item for use in a magnetic levitation type railway in which under conditions that a wire wound coil 10 is disposed in dies 2, 3, reactive raw liquid is fed into the dies to perform a reactive injection molding, the coil 10 is preheated to keep the temperature of the dies 2, 3 at a lower temperature than the coil 10 and under such conditions, the reactive raw liquid is fed into the dies 2, 3, following which the temperature of the dies is raised. |
