摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the leveling of the upper surface of a concrete substrate during a construction of a floor structure in which a floor panel is laid directly on the concrete substrate and which utilizes an underground heat accumulation. SOLUTION: Stones (or recycled material) are laid in a continuous footing 22 (a place where a floor is built) so as to form a gravel layer 23 which is then covered thereover with a sheet 24, and bed-sills 25 are built on the continuous footing 22. A leveling jig 16 is laid and secured between opposed bed-sills 25, the jig 16 having receivers 10 adapted to be secured to side surfaces of the bed-sills 25, and a scale 11 bridging between the receivers 10. The upper edge 2 of base panels 1 of the receivers 10, the upper edge of a support panel 5, the upper edge 12 of the scale 11 and the upper surfaces 27 of the bed-sills 25 are set so as to be horizontally flush with one another. Concrete 28 is placed in the bed-sills 25, and the upper surface 29 of the concrete is horizontally leveled along the upper edge of the leveling jig 16 and the upper surfaces of the bed-sills 25. After curing, a floor finish panel is laid on the upper surface 29 of the concrete through the intermediary of a substrate panel 30 so as to build up the floor.
