PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a work process during wire manufacturing and prevent contamination of environment so as to facilitate terminal processing work during work by forming a resin insulation layer of a polyolefin based resin layer in which a degree of cross linking cross-linked by a silanol reaction reactive cross linking agent is beyond a specific value and forming a sheath of a non-halogen compound generative flame-retardant polyolefin based resin. SOLUTION: On a linear conductor 1, a fire-proof layer 2, a resin insulation layer 3, and a sheath 4 are laminated in order. In this case, the resin insulation layer 3 uses a polyolefin based resin as a base material, and as the polyolefin based resin, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, a polyethylene- polypropylene copolymer or the like is employed and cross-linked by the silanol reactive cross linking agent. That degree of cross linking is 8% or more. The sheath 4 uses a flame-retardant polyolefin based resin, a flame retardant agent essentially consisting of a metal oxide such as aluminum hydroxide or magnesium is mixed, and flame-retardant polyolefin based resin is extruded, coated, and formed. |
