<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operating locating from being switched to a lock location even if a malfunction is generated during running of a bicycle. SOLUTION: A motor controller for bicycle is a device controlling a shift motor 29 of an internally mounted shift hub 10 with lock mechanism. This device is provided with a shift control part 25, an interlock circuit 31, a motor driver 28 and a P switch 32. The shift control part 25 selectively outputs a first signal (HL) revolving an electric motor so that an operating location may be switched to four shift locations from a lock location according to a position command and a second signal (LH) revolving the motor so that the operating location may be switched in the opposite direction. The P switch 32 detects that the operating locating is at the fourth speed location. The interlock circuit 31 inhibits the switching to the lock location by the electric motor 29 when the second signal is outputted and the operating location is at a fourth speed location by the P switch 32.</p> |
