摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel of good heat resisting deformation and fusion property by injecting a thermoplastic elastomer composite showing specific physical properties so as to mold an air bag housing cover, and then injecting thermoplastic resin so as to mold an instrument panel main body. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composite constituted of polypropylene resin 30-50 wt.%, ethylene-butene copolymer rubber 20-30 wt.%, ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber 20-30 wt.%, and inorganic filler 5-15 wt.%, and showing physicala propertres of which melt flow rate ASTD-D1238, 230 deg.C, 2.36 kg load) is 3-20 g/10 min., linear-expansion coefficient is 8-11&times;10<-5> cm/cm/ deg.C, and tensile elongation percentage at -35 deg.C (ASTM-D638, tensile speed 200 mm/min) is more than 200 %, is injected so as to mold an air bag receiving cover. Thereafter, thermoplastic resin is injected so as to mold an instrument panel main body, and both are integrated.
