摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an improved chalcopyrite light absorption film suitable for mass production of homogeneous and large-area solar battery light absorption plates by solving the problems for controlling the compsn. and thickness of the chalcobalite light absorption film. SOLUTION: This process for producing the chalcobalite light absorption film consists in applying a soln. contg. at least either one kind of an org. compd. (a) of group 1B metals of periodic table and an org. compd. (b) of group 3B metals of periodic table on a substrate one time or more, thereby forming the thin film contg. the org. compd. (a) and the org. compd. (b). The thin film is converted to a metallic thin film consisting of the group 1B metals and the group 3B metals by heat treating the thin film in a reducing or inert gaseous atmosphere. This metallic thin film is converted to the chalcobalite thin film by heat treating the film in an atmosphere contg. the group 6B elements of periodic table or their compd.</p>
