PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a separation pawl of a copying machine which is a formed body having excellent resistance against thermal load and resistance against thermal fatigue and to which a fluorocarbon resin is applied to enhance the non-adhesive property of the surface of the pawl by the intrinsic characteristics of the resin. SOLUTION: The base body of the separation pawl is a formed body of a polyether ketone resin, preferably consists of a formed body compsn. essentially comprising a polyether ketone resin expressed by the formula and having >=350 deg.C melting point with addition of specified proportions of the reinforcing material such as zinc oxide whisker and a solid filler such as graphite and fluorocarbon resin. Further, a fluorocarbon resin film such as tetrafluoroethylene- perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer is formed by melting and applying on the surface of the body. |
