EXTRUSION MOLDING DEVICE AND EXTRUDED MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding device in which selectivity of molding material is extremely high and even a scrap article can be used as a material. SOLUTION: The extrusion molding device 1 is constituted of an extrusion means 10, a die 20 and a sizing means 30 provided adjacently to the die 20. The die 20 is fitted to the extrusion means 10 and provided with a first flow path 21 for a first molding material extruded into the inside by the extrusion means 10 and with a second flow path 22 for a second molding material injected from the outside. In this case, the first flow path 21 is formed into a tapered shape so that the first molding material extruded by the extrusion means 10 is throttled. A nozzle 24 is provided in the die 20. A passage communicated to the first flow path 21 is formed in the inside of the nozzle 24. The tip of the nozzle 24 is extended to the inside of the sizing means 30.
