PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plural optional teletext programs that cover plural channels in the range of the preliminarily defined number of programs by using a single or a few TV bands to users. SOLUTION: A schedule generating part 11 generates a program schedule that groups one or plural programs which are designated by a channel or a program number and stores it in a schedule storing part 14. A schedule executing part 12 receives and decodes a corresponding program image based on the program schedule of the part 14, stores it in a program storing part 8, also, successively reads the program image that is stored in the part 8 according to the program schedule, converts it into a television signal of a prescribed channel band and sends it.
