PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll collecting system capable of being easily and effectively operated when the radio function of a radio card is abnormal by issuing the alternative medium usable in stead of a radio communication medium when a judging result by judging communication propriety is impossible. SOLUTION: A clerk confirms a radio card 201 to judge whether the card 201 is broken and at the time of being broken, the card 201 is collected. Then a card processor 104 issues a radio error information ticket 202 as the alternative medium in stead of the card 201. In this case the processor 104 issues the ticket 202 obtained by executing the magnetic data recording and printing of data including using information such as toll information, etc., a customer should pay at the toll booth 100 with its issuing toll gate name, a radio card ID number and a using date. Then the ticket 201 is handed to the customer as the alternative medium usable instead of the broken card 201. |
