SOLUTION: The image pickup device 1 includes an X-ray source 12, which is attached to a C-shaped arm 10, and an X-ray image picking-up device 13. To the X-ray image picking-up device 13, a television circuit is connected, and the output signal is stored in a memory 15 through an A/D converter 14. The stored X-ray image is processed by an image processing unit 16, and an obtained series of two-dimensional X-ray images (D1 ...Di ...Dm ) are digitally stored.
