PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which can prevent the splash of dripping which is dropped from a pouring tube and is attached to a tube part, etc. by a shock when a cover body is closed as to a synthetic resin cap comprising a main body which is made of a tube part to be mounted on a container and an upper wall on which a pouring tube is provided, and a cover body provided with a top wall and a cover tube part through a hinge on the main body. SOLUTION: A main body 5, provided with an upper wall 3 having a pouring tube 4 on the tube part 1 tightly fitted on a container mouth part, is provided with a cover body 9 having a top wall and a cover tube part 8 through a hinge. On the upper face 10 of the tube part 1, a dripping storage goove 12, at least the bottom part of which is able to fit in the inside of the thickness 11 of the tube part 1 seen longitudinally is formed. At the lower end face 13 of the cover tube part 8, a protrusion 16 able to fit in the storage goove 12 when the cover body is closed is provided. A gap 15 is provided between the inner side wall 14 of the storage groove 12 and the protrusion 16. |
