SUBSTANCE: mixer has toroidal housing, at least two elliptic auger-type working tools, conical reducer arranged within closed housing and adapted for providing additional forced displacement of working tools, and drive electric engine. Motion is transferred from electric engine, through conical reducer to each output shaft, then to working tool shafts through conical transmissions. Material adapted for mixing is captured by augers to be moved along and around them for thorough mixing of components.
