PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently display the state of an equipment by displaying the at least two states of an electronic equipment such as a communication equipment or the like by graphics indicated by the change of the expression of the face of respectively different parts by a dot matrix on a display panel. SOLUTION: A control part judges the three stages of the state of a strong electric field, the state of a weak electric field and the state of being out of an area and judges the three stages of the state of a large battery residual amount, the state of a middle battery residual amount and the state of a small battery residual amount. As display, the expressions of the three kinds of smiling eyes, normal eyes and closed eyes and the three kinds of a smiling mouth, a normal mouth and an angry mouth are combined and the graphics P1-P9 of the 9 kinds of the expressions are formed. Corresponding to an electric field strength level and a battery residual amount at the time, one of the graphics is selected and displayed in the area for displaying numerals or the like by the dot matrix of a liquid crystal panel. By changing the color of a backlight to green, yellow and red, the state can be emphasized.
